Refund & Cancellation Policy

Themed packs (one-time)

Because themed packs deliver digital bundles immediately on purchase, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a pack is materially defective or you were charged in error, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

Unlimited subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future billing and you retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months, but we will refund a charge made within 48 hours if you have not downloaded any premium pack in that period.

How to request

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

India / GST

GST-compliant invoices are issued for Indian customers. Refunds include applicable tax reversal.
